This is for what you like and what you don't like. Keep in mind that BCSO controls the overall operational guidelines of the SAR unit

3. TRAINING: Would you like more? Less? Are there any specific topics you would like added? *

NOTE: if you have any subject knowledge in an area of training you'd like to see please indicate if you'd be willing to make a presentation.

4. EQUIPMENT: What items do you think the team should try to obtain (within reason) in order to meet mission objectives? *

NOTE: In the last year we've added another boat to our inventory. We're researching sources to obtain drones and are getting some quotes/details on K9 GPS tracking units.

5. BE HONEST: If you could change just one thing pertaining to BCSO SAR what would it be and why? *

As with Question #2, Keep in mind that BCSO controls the overall operational guidelines of the SAR unit

6. RECRUITMENT: What suggestions do you have to increase our ranks? This is not to just get "bodies" but to add members who will actually respond to calls and are able/willing to work to meet mission objectives.

7. Are you interested in taking on some additional responsibility? The following areas could use "program managers" and would involve additional time commitments: equipment monitor, vehicle monitor, training coordinator, command post operations, administration, recruitment, internet/social media.
