6. RECRUITMENT: What suggestions do you have to increase our ranks? This is not to just get "bodies" but to add members who will actually respond to calls and are able/willing to work to meet mission objectives.

The following areas could use "program managers" and would involve additional time commitments: equipment monitor, vehicle monitor, training coordinator, command post operations, administration, recruitment, internet/social media.
